Wasps! Friend Or Foe?
Wasps, you either love them or hate them. You either see them as something that gives you a very painful sting or as something that pollinates flowers and kills aphids.
One thing is for certain they can strike fear into the biggest of men and see them leap up from a pub table and run away like a child. Of course the wasp just wants his pint, its all the flapping, running and movement that makes him a target.
Why Do We Kill Wasps?
Well in its simplest terms its because the sting bloomin well hurts but for some people this can be fatal and I have seen these severe allergic reactions when I worked as part of an emergency ambulance crew.

This can cause them to go inot a stinging frenzy and as such it is why we always advise you get a qualified and insured pest controller to get rid of the wasps nest for you. You don't want your neighbors taking you to court as a thousand angry wasps drop into their conservatory.
